Ajax Won the Bake-Off Against Inlet
Quill & Arrow came to Ajax immediately after piloting Inlet, a competing AI timekeeping tool. The team ran a head-to-head evaluation and Ajax won on multiple fronts: faster draft generation, better handling of their strict no-block-billing culture, stronger narrative quality in entries, and a more intuitive portal experience.
The rollout began with a phased approach: 42 users in Phase 1, with expansion planned into the firm’s Discovery and employment practice groups as attorneys saw results.
