What Sets Ajax Apart

Ajax sees more than any other tool. The entries are better because of it.

Ajax captures your entire workday, including everything other tools miss.

Most AI timekeeping tools connect to your email and calendar through APIs. They see subject lines, meeting titles, and file names.

Ajax installs a lightweight desktop app that reads the actual content of everything you work on - the motion you’re drafting, the research you’re pulling up, the redlines you’re reviewing. Then it writes polished, OCG-compliant entries automatically.

Ajax reads everything

The motion you’re drafting, the research you’re pulling, the email you’re writing.

Writes complete, OCG-compliant entries

Ajax writes polished narratives with the correct matter and activity code, ready to approve and submit.

Learns your writing style

Ajax learns from every edit - your voice, your preferences, your clients’ requirements.

Fully customizable

Ajax adapts to your personal preferences - detail level, tense, word choices, billing increments, and more.

Knows what’s work and what isn’t

Ajax distinguishes billable activity from breaks, personal browsing, and admin tasks automatically.

Captures time away from your desk

Ajax logs when you step away and when you return, so hallway conversations get captured too.

Email filing built in

Ajax matches every email to the right matter and files it in your billing system or DMS.

Client summaries drafted for you

Ajax drafts client updates from your recent work product, ready to review, edit, and send.

TESTIMONIALS

Subject: Ajax AI Timekeeping

We have been very happy using Ajax for automatic time tracking. It integrates easily with Clio and does a great job using AI to adapt to your drafting style for time entries. You can customize things like how short or long you want your narratives, whether to write “preparing for call” whenever you have a phone call, and how to refer to the client.

Now, I do less work than ever releasing my time entries, and I know Ajax has already “found” $$$ in lost time. Obviously, I’m a fan, and this is an unpaid promotional endorsement.

P.S. I had previously demoed PointOne and did not buy it, but I was sold on Ajax within two days of my demo because of how easy it is to use.

“Also just a quick note, I just reviewed today's entries, literally took me less than 5 mins to review and edit. Good job! That was a lovely experience. I definitely see major progress, let me know if y'all have anymore questions and I'll keep thinking of any way to improve.”

“hey team! I'm loving the features, very pleasantly surprised with how seamlessly it is working and can't wait to rely on it more fully rest of this week (after the new month). I also realize my user experience this last week was probably a little unusual since I was traveling and presenting, so I wasn't able to review entries consistently at the start of each workday. But my initial thoughts:”

“Hey Jack, to give you an update: It was difficult for me to not feel ‘in control’ of my timekeeping and I jumped around a lot more today than I was expecting, but I didn't use anything but Ajax the whole day and am very happy with the results. It doesn't look like any time was missed (even though I jumped between active windows dozens and dozens of times), and the generated narratives are very solid, not missing anything of substance. I will tweak the narratives some as I push them through, but they are mostly minor and for personal preference.”

Jack Weinberger: “hey kevin - would you be willing to talk with Karl Seelbach, the managing partner of a firm that's deciding between setting up a pilot with us or PointOne?” Kevin Vela: “yes, I'll save him from making a mistake”
