What I really get out of Ajax is being able to provide greater detail to my clients about what I'm doing for them and keep track of it. To me, it's worth it just to be more transparent with the client about all the work that goes into their cases.

I've noticed just like in the last two and a half days, I've noticed pretty large differences in just additional time captured.
