Welcoming Brandon Schneider to Ajax
We're excited to welcome Brandon Schneider to Ajax's Customer Activation team. Brandon spent close to two years as a litigation paralegal at O'Melveny & Myers, supporting matters from discovery through trial, before moving into product and customer experience work at SaaS companies.
That paralegal chapter is the part we kept coming back to. Brandon has kept time under deadline pressure inside a big firm. He knows what it feels like to reconstruct a day at the end of it, and he knows the difference between a tool that helps a timekeeper and one that gets in the way. When he's setting up your firm, he's been on your side of the screen.
Brandon joins Tyler Argov and Sophia Fein in running rollouts: the kickoff call, installation, the billing system connection, training, and the check-ins through your first weeks. We're thrilled to have him.
