What Ajax does
If you're new to us, Ajax is AI timekeeping for law firms. It runs quietly on the desktop and captures billable work as it happens, both what's on screen and the signal from your email, calendar, phone system, and meeting tools. It groups the related pieces, drafts a time entry on the right client and matter, and hands it to the lawyer to review and release into the billing system. Matter prediction lands right about 92% of the time and keeps improving as Ajax learns how the firm works.
Here's why that work matters. Most hourly firms lose 5 to 15% of their billable time to the quick calls and emails nobody opens a timer for. We've also learned that once a firm gives Ajax a real try, it tends to stay: well over 90% of firms that pilot Ajax go on to subscribe. That figure means a lot to us, because it says the product holds up in daily work, past the demo.

Where released entries go
Released entries flow through direct integrations into Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther, SurePoint, Filevine, Centerbase, and Soluno, and Ajax is compatible with most other billing systems as well. Whatever a firm already bills with, the reviewed time lands where it belongs, and we keep the running list on the billing systems Ajax works with.
What we built this year
Behind the firm count, this was a building year. The team grew across sales, customer activation, and engineering, which shows up as faster onboarding and quicker help when a firm needs it. We also shipped email filing, now live with firms: Ajax files matter-related emails automatically, so that piece of the day stops being a manual chore.
