Head-to-Head: Demoed PointOne, Then Chose Ajax
Robert approaches technology with healthy skepticism. When he started looking for AI timekeeping, he did his homework. He was aware of Billables.ai. He used FasterSuite for email filing. And he demoed PointOne directly before seeing Ajax.
The difference became clear quickly. Ajax's screen-capture approach could see the actual content of the HOA governing documents Robert was reviewing, the emails he was drafting to board members, and the CC&R analysis he was conducting. API-only tools could only see that a document was opened or an email was sent.
For a practice where the difference between "reviewed document" and "analyzed amendments to CC&Rs regarding architectural review committee authority" matters for client billing, the content-level visibility was decisive.
The Results
From Pilot to Firm-Wide Adoption
