Who can see my time?

How does the app know what I’m doing?
The Ajax app runs in the background, collecting data as you work. As you draft an email, research case law, or search for files, it scans the text on your screen for clues about what you're working on. Then, it matches each minute of your time to a matter and generates a narrative
What if I'm switching back and forth between several documents?
Most lawyers work on more than one document at once, so we built Ajax to handle frequent window switches. You can think of the system as "starting a timer" automatically when you open one file, then pausing that timer and starting a new one any time you click into a different file.
Can I edit my hours once they’re generated?
We know that billing is as much art as science, and you need control over what gets sent to your clients. You can always edit your hours after we’ve drafted them for you.
